How do you determine the cost of a cleaning service?: Pricing is driven by a few factors, namely floor plan (how many bedrooms, how many bathrooms), square footage, state of the property when we arrive, labor hours required, and any additional services requested.
Do I need to be at home when you arrive for the cleaning?: Nope. Generally our teams prefer to have owners home for the first time we visit so as to point out specific areas/details, but it isn’t required.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?: We understand that schedules can change. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours are assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total.
Where is your service area?: We're headquartered in Nanaimo, BC and serve customers across the entire Regional District of Nanaimo, plus more! Don't see your area in our locations list but think it should be? Send us a message through our general inquiries and let us know. We'll see what we can do to service you and make your space shine.
What services do you provide?: We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. For details on what each of these cleans include, feel free to head to our Services page (link). We’re always happy to tailor a cleaning to meet your specific needs.
Is it okay if my pets are out while the cleaners are here?: We kindly ask that all pets are either supervised by owners if owner is home while we clean, or crated/sequestered away from cleaners if owners are not home. We love pets, but appreciate your understanding out of consideration for both our teams’ and your pet’s comfort.
How can I pay you?: We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I set up repeat visits?: Yes, and we offer all our recurring customers discounts. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans. For each of our services you can select and schedule recurring appointments and save instantly.
Can I leave my keys or provide a garage/access code?: Not a problem—our cleaners are trained to handle keys and access codes responsibly.
What if I’m not happy with the work you do for me?: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Do I need to supply the vacuum or cleaning products?: Nope! We provide all our own supplies. However, if there are special equipment or products you’d prefer the team use, we’re always happy to so long as they are provided.
Do I need to be at home when the team is done?: For recurring customers, no. For one-time deep and move-out cleans, while you do not need to remain on the premises the entire time the team cleans, we do require owners be home at the time we’re finished to do a thorough walk-through and ensure everything meets (or exceeds!) expectations.
How long will it take to clean my home?: The duration depends on the size and condition of your home, as well as the specific services requested. We can provide you with an estimated time frame after evaluating your cleaning requirements.
Are your cleaners background checked?: Yes. Our customers are welcoming us into their homes and we take that responsibility very seriously. All our cleaners undergo thorough background and reference checks prior to joining our team.
What happens if something breaks?: All our teams are fully insured. This means you are protected in case of any accidental damages or injuries that may occur during the cleaning process.
How do I reschedule or cancel a booked cleaning?: Our email service reminders include a Reschedule and/or Cancel button which allows you to instantly reschedule or cancel your booking with one click. Or simply call us or email us and we’ll update your booking.
